A few words about me
As a young adult, my main interest was exploring and playing in the forests, mountains and coastlines of Aotearoa. This fostered in me a deep love for the natural world. It began with adventure for its own sake, then conservation work found its way in. Before long this love for Earth found new ways to be expressed as I explored Permaculture through food forests, wetland planting, market gardening, design consultancy and tutoring.

Growing in me through this time was the longing to become one among many humans doing whatever was necessary to take our place as a keystone Regenerative species by applying ecological principles in order to enliven everything we touch.
I carry this longing still and now I see that how people act is simply an outward expression of our inner world.
This inner world is shaped by our stories, our wounds and the ways we have adapted to survive in a culture that appears, based on results so far, determined to wipe out life on Earth.

Until our internal ecologies are thriving, we have no chance of unlocking our real capabilities for transforming the world around us....AND the kicker is that unless we are also engaged in regenerating living systems, our inner development is equally stunted.
We do not heal or create alone.
As creatures of Earth, we heal as Earth heals. As humans, you and I heal and create together. Therefore, I work from both ends - Healing, working, evolving and playing with both outer and inner ecologies and collaborating with human and non human communities.

The pulse of life is strong. Many things are possible.

Doing this work feeds the collective field of cultural Evolution.
The culture that Earth needs right now is unfolding one enlivened adult at a time.
I can not think of anything more interesting, important and fun to be a part of.
If you have a question, an offer of collaboration, or anything really - you are welcome to drop me a line. I respond to all messages.
